Terms of Service

Pet Pixel Social is a social media content creation service. We create custom social media graphics, captions, content ideas, and monthly content plans for pet businesses. Our standard packages deliver ready-to-post content that you publish to your own social media accounts.

Optional Done-For-You Posting allows us to schedule and publish the content we create for you after you approve it. This add-on covers scheduling and publishing only. It does not include responding to comments or direct messages, community management, paid advertising, analytics reporting, follower growth, or full social media account management.

We offer one free custom social media post per business for new customers only. The free post includes one custom social media graphic, one caption, and one round of revisions. No credit card, subscription, or obligation is required.

The free first post does not include Done-For-You Posting. You will receive ready-to-post content that you publish yourself.

Our monthly packages (Paw Starter, Social Pup, and Top Dog) provide a set number of custom social posts per month as described on our pricing page. All packages include custom graphics, captions, and the features listed for each tier.

Monthly packages are billed in advance. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts. You can cancel a monthly package at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision round covers reasonable adjustments to the content we create. Additional revisions beyond what your package includes may be available for an additional fee.

You agree to provide accurate information, photos, and materials that you have the right to use. You confirm that any images, logos, or content you send us may be used in your social media posts. You are responsible for publishing content to your own social accounts unless you have added Done-For-You Posting.

If you add Done-For-You Posting, you agree to provide timely approval of content so we can schedule it. We are not responsible for delays caused by late approvals or missing information.

Monthly package fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. The Done-For-You Posting add-on is billed alongside your monthly package. You are responsible for all fees associated with the package and add-ons you select.

Pet Pixel Social may send you SMS messages for appointment reminders and service updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message & data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@petpixelsocial.com.

Pet Pixel Social creates content designed to look great and support your social media presence. We do not guarantee followers, engagement, reach, leads, sales, revenue, or any specific social media results. Social media performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Once you have paid for your content in full, you receive the right to use the custom graphics and captions we create for you on your social media channels. We may display completed work as examples of our services unless you request otherwise in writing. Sample concepts shown on our website are examples and are not paid client work.

Pet Pixel Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

You may cancel a monthly package at any time. We may suspend or terminate services if payment fails or if these Terms are violated. Content already delivered remains yours to use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
